1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to GlideMotion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GlideMotion social video and motion graphics platform ("Platform," "Service," or "GlideMotion") provided by GlideMotion ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using GlideMotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use GlideMotion. If you are using GlideMotion on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not subscribe to, access, or use GlideMotion.
2. Service Description
GlideMotion is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides social video and motion graphics tools for creators, advertisers, and marketers. The Platform enables users to generate high-quality, silent motion graphics and video content customized for social media platforms. The Service includes:
- High-quality motion graphic templates
- Intuitive text and color customization
- Fast video rendering and exporting tools
- Email support
- Regular platform updates and new features
GlideMotion is offered as a subscription-based service. You must maintain an active subscription to access and use the Platform. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are displayed on our website and may vary based on the plan you choose.
The Platform is delivered digitally and requires an internet connection and compatible web browser to access and use.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Subscription Plans
GlideMotion offers various subscription plans with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription plans at any time.
3.2 Usage Rights
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, you may:
- Access and use the GlideMotion Platform according to your subscription plan
- Create and manage social videos and motion graphics within your plan limits
- Use the Platform for commercial advertising purposes
3.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or white-label the Platform without authorization
- Use the Platform to create content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
- Use the Platform to send spam, phishing attempts, or deceptive content
- Circumvent or disable any security features or usage limits of the Platform
- Use the Platform to collect data from minors without proper consent mechanisms
- Create content that promotes illegal products, services, or activities
3.4 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Billing
GlideMotion subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The subscription fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance of any price increases.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or terminated, and you may lose access to the Platform and your data.
4.5 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you will lose access to the Platform. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period, except as specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions to GlideMotion. If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase date.
5.1 Refund Process
To request a refund, you must first cancel your subscription and then contact our customer support at hi@glidemotion.io with your refund request. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original subscription purchase date.
5.2 Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
Upon receiving a refund, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and you will lose access to the Platform, including any video projects, uploaded assets, and rendered files.
5.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals (only for initial subscription purchases), requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase, or if you have violated these Terms of Service. For more details, please see our full Refund Policy.
6. User Content & Project Files
6.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the media, assets, text, and other content you upload to GlideMotion to generate your motion graphics ("User Content"). We claim no ownership over your original assets or the final rendered videos you create using our Platform.
6.2 Storage and Security
GlideMotion securely stores your video projects, uploaded assets, and rendered files on our servers to allow you to edit and export your work at any time while your subscription is active. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and render your assets solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Support & Updates
7.1 Email Support
Your subscription to GlideMotion includes email support. We will provide assistance with Platform usage, account issues, and general questions related to the Service.
Support is provided via email at hi@glidemotion.io. We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days.
7.2 Support Scope
Support includes:
- Platform usage guidance and feature assistance
- Account and billing support
- Technical troubleshooting for Platform issues
- Documentation and resource access
Support does not include:
- Custom development or coding services
- Marketing strategy or advertising consultation
- Third-party platform support (e.g., Shopify, advertising platforms)
- Legal or compliance advice
7.3 Platform Updates
Your subscription includes access to all Platform updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features released during your subscription period. Updates are automatically applied to the Platform and require no action from you.
8. Intellectual Property
GlideMotion, including all software, code, designs, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to GlideMotion remain with us and our licensors.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of any part of GlideMotion to you.
"GlideMotion" is a trademark owned by us. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent, except as necessary to identify GlideMotion in connection with your authorized use of the Platform.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Platform (such as uploaded images, audio, or text overlays). However, the underlying Platform technology, templates, and features remain our property.
9. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access
- Use GlideMotion only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations when using the Platform
- Ensure your social videos and motion graphics do not contain false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Respect the privacy rights of end users and comply with applicable data protection laws
- Not use GlideMotion for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of the Platform
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GlideMotion complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your target audience.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
GlideMotion IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that GlideMotion will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Platform, including render speeds, platform uptime, or specific video engagement metrics.
10.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF GlideMotion.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to GlideMotion shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlideMotion, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of GlideMotion, the content you create on the Platform, data you collect from end users, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to GlideMotion immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms or engage in activities that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use GlideMotion will immediately cease
- Your social videos and motion graphics will be deactivated and removed
- You may lose access to data collected through the Platform
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
Termination of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 7-day refund period and have not violated these Terms. You may export your data before cancellation if this feature is available in your plan.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or GlideMotion shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If we cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email.
Your continued use of GlideMotion after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using GlideMotion. You may request a refund if you are within the 7-day refund period.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlideMotion regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
